Privacy Policy — pix ai

This page explains what pix ai collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you get it deleted. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

Effective date: 1 August 2026 · Applies to pixe-ai.com and the pix ai companion chat.

1. Who we arepix ai is a companion chat service operating the website at pixe-ai.com. Throughout this policy, “pix ai”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this website, and “you” means a visitor or account holder.
2. Scope of this policyThis policy covers the pix ai website, the companion chat interface and any support conversation you have with us. It does not cover third-party websites you reach through an outbound link.
3. Age requirementpix ai is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and any account we identify as belonging to a minor is closed and its data deleted.
4. Information you give us directlyThis includes the email address or sign-in identifier used to create an account, any display name you choose, the messages you send inside a chat and anything you write to support.
5. Information collected automaticallyWhen you load a page we receive standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, language preference and timestamps.
6. Cookies and similar technologiesWe use a small number of cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences and measure aggregate traffic. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time.
7. Payment informationIf you purchase anything, card details are entered with our payment processor and are never stored on pix ai servers. We keep only the transaction reference, amount, currency, date and status.
8. Chat contentYour conversations are stored so that a companion can remember earlier messages. Chat content is not published, sold or used to build public profiles about you.
9. Why we process your informationTo operate accounts, deliver the chat, remember conversation context, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations and improve the service.
10. Legal basesDepending on your location we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, your consent for optional cookies and communications, and compliance with legal obligations.
11. Automated processingCompanion replies are produced automatically. This processing does not make legally significant decisions about you, and no automated decision restricts your access to money, credit or employment.
12. Marketing messagesWe only send product or promotional email if you asked for it. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects service messages such as receipts or security notices.
13. Service providersWe share limited information with hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, payment and fraud-prevention providers acting on our instructions under written agreements.
14. No sale of personal informationpix ai does not sell personal information and does not share it with data brokers or advertising networks for cross-context behavioural advertising.
15. Legal disclosureWe may disclose information where required by law, valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of pix ai, our members or the public.
16. Business transfersIf the service is merged, acquired or reorganised, information may transfer to the successor entity, which remains bound by commitments no weaker than those in this policy.
17. International transfersOur providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.
18. Security measuresWe use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration, logging and periodic review. No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.
19. Data breach handlingIf a breach is likely to affect your rights, we notify affected members and the relevant authority within the deadlines set by applicable law.
20. Retention periodsAccount and chat data is kept while your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for tax, accounting or dispute purposes.
21. Deleting a conversationYou can delete an individual chat thread from inside the interface. Deleted threads are removed from active systems, and residual backup copies expire on their normal schedule.
22. Closing your accountYou may close your account at any time by asking us. Closure ends billing for future periods and starts the deletion process described above.
23. Your access and portability rightsYou can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, in a portable format where technically feasible.
24. Correction and restrictionYou can ask us to correct inaccurate information, or to restrict processing while a dispute about accuracy or legitimate interest is being resolved.
25. Objection and withdrawal of consentWhere we rely on legitimate interest you can object to processing, and where we rely on consent you can withdraw it, without affecting processing that already took place.
26. Regional rightsMembers in the EEA and United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Residents of California and comparable jurisdictions have rights of access, deletion, correction and non-discrimination.
27. How to exercise a rightWrite to us from the address on your account describing the request. We answer within one month, and we tell you if a complex request needs longer.
28. Children’s contentpix ai companions are adult fictional characters. We do not permit content that sexualises minors, and we remove accounts that attempt to generate it.
29. Third-party linksOutbound links, including promotional destinations, are governed by the privacy practices of those sites. Read their policies before submitting information.
30. Do Not TrackBrowsers send Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring them, so pix ai does not respond to them. We limit tracking by default instead.
31. Changes to this policyWhen we update this policy we change the date at the top of the page, and we announce material changes on the website before they take effect.
32. Contacting usPrivacy questions can be sent to the contact address published on pixe-ai.com. We are happy to explain in plain language what we hold and why.
